The Verdon River is a stunning waterway that runs through the southeast of France, flowing for over 160 kilometers from its source in the Alps to its confluence with the Durance River. The river is most famous for its passage through the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon, where its emerald-green waters wind through towering cliffs and offer some of the most spectacular scenery in the region. In addition to its natural beauty, the Verdon River is also known for its recreational opportunities, including kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Multipitch climbing requires skill, strength, and focus, making it a great activity for those who love a challenge.

Arrival day

We arrive early in the afternoon/evening and we'll check in at our B&B. We'll dedicate the time to select the route for the following day.

Climbing days

Multipitch routes are the best way to discover Verdon's walls!

The deepest limestone canyon in France and often considered the most beautiful in Europe. It's about 25km long and 700m deep in some places, adding plenty of exposure to the more than 1,500 routes (from 5a to 9a+) that have made its reputation worldwide. The area is popular for its sustained multi-pitches, classic single pitches and for its natural beauty.

Last day will be dedicated to another route. We'll get up very early in the morning.

There is no minimum level required for this trip as you will be accompanied at all times by a certified guide. However you will get the most out of the trip if you already have some experience, especially in multi-pitch routes, and good level of fitness!
